This month ColoRail will file a Federal lawsuit to stop the implementation of the proposed Denver Union Station redevelopment plan .   Reasons are many-fold, but primarily due to the lack of expansion capacity for future transportation services, particularly rail planned for the I70 and Front Range corridors.  

ColoRail has retained expert legal counsel who have generously discounted their services.   The increase in activity related to this one issue exceeds the level of participation that can be provided by an all volunteer board and has necessitated engaging a public relations professional. While these services are also significantly discounted, costs, nonetheless, mount daily, making your financial support critical.
